Founder of HFI, William is a pioneer in the areas of disability and illness personal finance. Uniquely, William combined extremely rare insight being dually qualified. He is a disability expert and has been recognised as an emerging leader by the Australian Government; and a highly skilled and qualified Certified Financial Planning and has been awarded Australia’s highest achievements by the Financial Planning Association of Australia.

Using his skills he has helped hundreds of Australians move forward with certainty in highly stressful situations. In order to deliver such outcomes, the person’s situation is examined thoroughly including how our services could be delivered in an accessible way.

As a carer for someone he loves and adores that lives with MS, he understands how a strong family fabric means no one is forgotten in the planning process.

Roz Johns

Implementation, Legal and Compliance Manager

Roz has a human rights and advocacy background and her experience includes hands on support for people in nursing homes in Sweden.  She is detail conscious and organised, just the type of person you want in this role. She has worked for SwedBank as a Credit Manager  and since her arrival in  Australia, she has worked for five years in the capacity of Legal Assistant to the General Council of publically listed financial organisations, where she developed a deep understanding of financial systems and the legal framework of financial planning.

Mariyana Jozic

ProAssist, Marketing and Administration

Mariyana is probably the first person you will speak to when you contact us.  She will guide you through our advice process and ensure you are comfortable every step of the way.

With over 16 years working for major global corporates, Mariyana brings to the team multi-disciplinary expertise in customer service, marketing, human resources and IT. She has lived and worked with MS for the last 20 years giving her empathy and lived experience.

Philip Petrie

Daniella Stojanovski

Social Security, Complex Claims & Advocacy

Dani is in charge of complex claims such as Centrelink. She holds a Bachelor of International Law and Political Science and Juris Doctor Degrees. She has completed a Diploma of Languages majoring in Slavic languages and literature.

She will be will be undertaking practical legal training and wishes to become the next Amal Clooney. She has a strong focus on Human Rights. She has volunteered for Amnesty International. She is passionate about working with people with Disabilities and making a difference. She makes sure that her clients always come first and that they are being attended to.  Dani is a good listener, and strives to help where she can. Dani really hates systems that make her clients feel small and helpless. She advocates and fights hard.

She loves working with her fellow colleagues at HFI because the team shares the same ideas and goals as her which complements the company’s visions, missions and values.

Elizabeth Mwangi

Social Security, Complex Claims & Advocacy

Liz is in charge of Total and Permanent Disability Claims and Superannuation claims. She has a Master degree in Actuarial Studies and undertaking a Masters in Accounting.

Liz has worked for various insurance providers as a claims manager and knows how they think. She is the smiling assassin who always gets what is needed for her clients.
