Use the Pomodoro Technique to focus better

If you’ve ever found yourself taking a few hours to complete a task that should have taken 20 minutes, then you might want to try adopting the ‘pomodoro’ technique. The technique involves dividing your to-do list into 25-minute working periods, called ‘pomodoros’, during which you concentrate completely on the job at hand without any distractions. After each pomodoro allow yourself a five-minute break, and take a longer 15- to 20-minute break after you’ve completed four sessions. Take a look at this video from the developer of the Pomodoro Technique for more information.
